#Visualising conversational paths

The Measure tab plots the conversational paths which are the unique interactions between the end users and the conversational process.

In other words, the conversational paths are the sequences of nodes and edges users go through. Every path represents the conversation that one or more users had with your conversational process.

The underlying data can either come from UAT or PROD by using the toggle switch.

The distinction is made so that data sources are not mix which help making a more accurate analysis.

On top of this, we can make use of specific metrics to get more insights.
